Custom Condo—#1 Step-free; Berry Hill off 8th

Great apartment, everything we had hoped for. Positive: The facilities were great, with simple snack type foods left for us. The location was far enough from downtown to avoid the crowds while being within easy driving distance of major attractions. We used the concierge taxi service to a downtown venue to avoid parking problems at night. The whole experience was wonderful. Negative: We used the fold out couch/bed. The bed was okay, but it was set up as a bed, as requested. It would have been nice to be able to covert back to a couch for watching tv.

What a great experience from start to finish! We felt incredibly welcomed and well received at each step. The space is roomy, very accessible, the design work is really neat and gives you that Nashville feel. The location is spectacular, being about 5-10 minutes from most of what we wanted to see (we had a list coming in and it was that close to almost everything). A welcoming Binder and posted recommendations helped with deciding what to do/eat in the moments we didn't have plans. Judy was very easy to contact and readily available, though we didn't have any issues, so we didn't have to reach out at all. We were thankful for this comfortable, stylish, affordable and all around great place to stay during our first trip to Nashville. My daughter already is saying she wants to live here.

Judy and Robert are absolute gems. Couldn’t recommend their lovely property enough. They truly showed a midwesterner/california man, what southern hospitality is all about. 11/10. Thanks again my friends Judy & Robert for your kindness

Absolutely love the Wood shed! The place is cozy and the host was incredibly responsive and made myself and co-workers feel welcome. Thoughtful touches, like local recommendations and extra amenities. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
